1. Nature of the Service

EDirect provides a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessible via the internet. No physical products are shipped or delivered. Subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately and you gain access to all features included in your chosen plan. Access is available 24/7 via any internet-connected device. Service availability is subject to our infrastructure uptime and scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance where possible.

3. Subscription Period and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date of initial activation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing period. You will be notified before renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Distance Sales Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason, provided that the digital service has not yet been activated or accessed.

Important: By subscribing and activating your account, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service. In this case, the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the service has been activated and accessed, as permitted under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Sales Regulation.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service failure preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Withdrawal request submitted within 14 days and before activating the service

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact us at support@syllanthro.com.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
